Analysis of Prognostic Factors Related to Early Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in Primary Nasal Cavity Patients
Objective To analyze the prognostic factors related to early non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)patients in the primary nasal cavity. Methods 105 patients with early primary nasal NHL were selected and followed up for 2 years. The pa-tients were divided into the poor prognosis group(mortality)and the good prognosis group(survival)based on their survival sta-tus.The data of the 2 groups were compared and Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the prognosis of early primary nasal NHL patients. Results After a 2-year follow-up,the prognosis was statistically analyzed.Among 105 patients with early primary nasal NHL,22 died with a mortality rate of 20.95%(22/105),and 83 survived with a survival rate of 79.05%(83/105).The survival curve drawn by KM method showed that the average survival time of 22 patients who died was(12.32±4.48)months;The clinical stage, serum neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in patients with poor prognosis were higher than those in patients with good prognosis, with statistically sig-nificant differences(P<0.05);The results of Cox regression analysis showed that clinical stage Ⅱ,high NLR levels,IL-6 levels, and CRP levels were all associated with poor prognosis in patients with early primary nasal NHL(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of early primary nasal NHL patients is not ideal, which is related to clinical staging and high levels of serum NLR,IL-6,and CRP.
