摘要

目的分析2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者预后的相关影响因素.方法选取80例2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者,均接受乳腺癌根治术,随访2年,根据是否复发转移分为预后不良组(发生复发转移)、预后良好组(未发生复发转移),分析2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者预后的相关影响因素.结果 80例乳腺癌患者中,有22例复发转移,复发率为27.50％(22/80);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,TNM分期晚、ER表达阳性、2hPG＞10.0 mmol/L、HbA1C＞9％均可能是2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者预后的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 TNM分期晚、ER表达阳性、2hPG＞10.0 mmol/L、HbA1C＞9％均可能是2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者预后的影响因素.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the prognostic factors of type 2 diabetes patients with breast cancer.Methods 80 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer were selected and all received radical mastectomy.They were followed up for 2 years.They were divided into poor prognosis group(with recurrence and metastasis)and good prognosis group(without recur-rence and metastasis)according to whether there was recurrence and metastasis.The related factors affecting the prognosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with breast cancer were analyzed.Results Among 80 cases of breast cancer,22 cases had recurrence and metastasis,and the recurrence rate was 27.50％(22/80);Logistic regression analysis showed that late TNM stage,positive ER expression,2hPG＞10.0 mmol/L,HbA1C＞9％may be the prognostic factors of type 2 diabetes patients with breast cancer(P＜0.05).Conclusion Late TNM stage,positive ER expression,2hPG＞10.0 mmol/L,HbA1C＞9％may be the prognostic factors of type 2 diabetes patients with breast cancer.
