Oxidative Stress-related LncRNAs are Potential Biomarkers to Predict the Prognosis and Immune Response of Patients with LUSC
Objective To prove the role of oxidative stress-related LncRNA in lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Through TCMSP database, the active components and potential targets of Shiwei Dazao Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia were screened. The PPI network was constructed by combining Pyrrosia Jujube Decoction and leukopenia mined from multiple da-tabases,and the key targets were obtained by interaction, and the GO and KEGG pathways were enriched and analyzed.Molecular docking technology was used to dock the main active components with the core targets. Results According to the median risk scores of 8 gene models, patients were divided into high-risk group and low-risk group.Survival analysis showed that these 8 Ln-cRNA related to oxidative stress were relatively reliable in the prognostic risk model of LU AD.The results of functional enrichment analysis showed that LUAD was closely related to the abnormality of immune system. In addition,we found that the matrix,immu-nity and evaluation scores of LUAD patients in the high-risk group were significantly higher, showed that TME was different from that in the low-risk group, which was helpful for clinicians to make better decisions. Conclusion We construct a new oxidative stress-related lncRNAs signal to predict the prognosis. The model has good predictive value and can guide individualized treatment strategies in the future.
