Clinical Value Analysis on the Electronic Beam Radiotherapy Stent in Bladder Lithotomy Position of Vulvar Cancer in Postural Fixation
Objective To investigate the clinical value of electronic beam radiotherapy stent in lithotomy position for vulvar cancer in postural fixation. Methods A total of 32 patients with vulvar cancer were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,16 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with electron beam radiotherapy at the lithotomy position of the bladder, the control group was treated with traditional radiotherapy placement, and the study group was placed with radiotherapy stents. The setup error, offset distance from the center of the irradiation field, planned target volume(PTV)dosimetry indicators[Conformity Index(CI),Homogeneity Index(HI)],radiotherapy efficacy, and setup comfort were compared between the 2 groups. Results The X-axis,Y-axis,and Z-axis setup errors of the study group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05);the center offset distance of the irradiation field in the study group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);The CI and HI of the study group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05);the remission rate of the study group(87.50%)was not significantly different from that of the control group(81.25%)(P>0.05);The position comfort of the study group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(56.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The electron beam radiotherapy stent in bladder lithotomy position for vulvar cancer can effectively improve the positioning accuracy and patient comfort, and at the same time,it can reduce the offset distance of the center of the irradiation field and improve the accuracy of radiotherapy dose, which has the value of popularization and application.
