Effect of Oral Medroxyprogesterone on Patients with Early Endometrial Cancer After Laparoscopic Surgery and Its Influences on Serum YKL-40 and CA-125 Levels
Objective To explore the impact of oral medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of early endometrial cancer af-ter laparoscopic surgery and its influences on the levels of serum chitinase protein-40(YKL-40)and carbohydrate antigen-125(CA-125).Methods A total of 110 patients with early endometrial cancer were collected as the research objects, and were ran-domly grouped into the control group(55 cases)and the observation group(55 cases),the control group was treated with laparos-copy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with medroxyprogesterone. The efficacy, serum YKL-40,and CA-125 levels of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.91%)was obvi-ously higher than that of the control group(70.91%)(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of CD8+and FIB in both groups obvi-ously increased compared to before treatment, and the observation group showed a obvious increase compared to the control group;the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,YKL-40,CA-125,IL-8,CRP,TNF-a,PT,and ARTT in the two groups were obviously reduced compared to before treatment, and the observation group showed a obvious decrease compared to the control group. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of early endometrial cancer can effectively improve the immune function and coagulation function, inhibit inflammatory reaction, and reduce the levels of YKL-40 and CA-125,the effect is obvious.
