Analysis of the Relationship Between PLR and Myometrial Infiltration Depth and Postoperative Prognosis in Patients with Endometrial Cancer
Objective To explore the relationship between the platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and the depth of myome-trial infiltration in patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC)and their prognosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 66 patients with EC who underwent laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study subjects. The depth of myometrial invasion and PLR were measured 1 week before surgery, and the incidence of poor prognosis was statistically analyzed 4 weeks after surgery. They were di-vided into good group and bad group according to whether there was a poor prognosis after surgery.Univariated analysis of the fac-tors influencing the poor prognosis of EC patients after laparoscopic surgery.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze inde-pendent risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with EC after laparoscopic surgery.Pearson correlation analysis was used to ana-lyze the correlation between the depth of myometrial invasion, preoperative PLR,and poor prognosis after laparoscopic surgery in patients with EC.Results Four weeks after laparoscopic surgery,48 of 66 patients with EC had a good prognosis, and 18 had a poor prognosis. The incidence of poor prognosis was 27.27%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the age, tumor diame-ter,muscle invasion depth ≥1/2,and preoperative PLR of the poor group were higher than those of the good group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that older age, muscle invasion depth ≥1/2,and higher preoperative PLR were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with EC after laparoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the depth of myometrial invasion≥1/2 and preoperative PLR were positively correlated with the poor prognosis of EC patients af-ter laparoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The depth of myometrial infiltration and preoperative PLR are associated with poor postoperative prognosis in EC patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Among them, myometrial infiltration depth≥1/2 and higher preoperative PLR may increase the risk of poor postoperative prognosis.
