Clinical Characteristics and Related Risk Factors of Non Neurological Malignant Tumor Associated Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and related risk factors of non neurological malignant tumor associated cerebral infarction. Methods 48 patients with non neurological malignancy related cerebral infarction were selected as the research group, while 48 patients with simple cerebral infarction were set as the control group.Patient data were collected and organized through the hospital's electronic medical record system to investigate the clinical characteristics and related risk factors of non neurological malignancy related cerebral infarction. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the occur-rence of various clinical manifestations between the 2 groups(P values>0.05);The proportion of multiple lesions, anterior and posterior circulation, and bilateral involvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical differ-ences(P values<0.05);In the study group, there was no statistical difference in the scores of NIHSS and the proportion of diabe-tes,hyperlipidemia,smoking,drinking and hypertension on the day of admission(P>0.05);The platelet count and hemoglobin detection values in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the fibrinogen and D-dimer detection values were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P values<0.05).Conclusion Non neurological malig-nant tumor related cerebral infarction is mostly multiple lesions with a high proportion of anterior and posterior circulation and bi-lateral involvement.High blood coagulation may be a risk factor for its occurrence.
