The Prognostic Value of Serum TFF1 and CCL22 Expression in Patients with Oral Cancer
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of serum trefoil factor 1(TFF1)and serum CC chemokine lig-and 22(CCL22)expression in patients with oral cancer. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with oral cancer and 70 healthy volunteers were retrospectively analyzed. The patients with oral cancer were set as the observation group, and were divided into good prognosis group(50 cases)and bad prognosis group(20 cases)according to their prognosis.Healthy volunteers were se-lected as the control group.Serum TFF1 and CCL22 levels were detected, and the predictive value of serum TFF1 and CCL22 ex-pression levels on prognosis of oral cancer was analyzed. Results The expression levels of serum TFF1 and CCL22 in the obser-vation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum TFF1 and CCL22 in poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of serum TFF1+CCL22 in predicting prognosis of patients with oral cancer were significantly higher than those of serum TFF1 and serum CCL22(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of serum TFF1 and CCL22 has high sensitivity and specificity in the detection of oral cancer prognosis, and can effectively predict the prognosis of patients.
