Evaluation of the Impact of Uterine Suspension in Laparoscopy on the Efficacy and Prognosis of Early Cervical Cancer
Objective To explore the efficacy and prognosis assessment of laparoscopic uterine suspension in the treat-ment of early cervical cancer. Methods 62 patients with early cervical cancer(undergoing extensive hysterectomy)were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the surgical method.Among them,29 patients in the study group underwent laparoscopic surgery with intraoperative uterine suspension, while 33 patients in the control group underwent traditional open surgery. The clini-cal efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative flatus time, and length of hospital stay in the study group were all superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no differ-ence in the width of parametrial resection and the number of lymph nodes removed between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The inci-dence of postoperative complications in the study group(6.9%)was lower than that in the control group(27.2%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in inflammatory indicators between the 2 groups before surgery(P>0.05),but the inflammatory indica-tors in both groups increased after surgery, with a more significant increase in the control group(P<0.05).There was no differ-ence in the recurrence rate between the 2 groups at one year after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic extensive hys-terectomy with intraoperative uterine suspension has better efficacy in the treatment of early cervical cancer. It can not only reduce intraoperative bleeding and adverse reactions but also lower the incidence of postoperative complications and alleviate the degree of postoperative inflammatory response, ultimately improving patient prognosis. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
