Application of CT Examination Combined with Multiple Tumor Markers Detection in the Diagnosis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective To analyze the application value of CT examination combined with multiple tumor marker detec-tion in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 97 NSCLC patients who visited the hospital were selected and included in the NSCLC group.During the same period,97 patients with benign lung lesions were included in the benign group.Compare the 2 sets of data, including CT examination results and multiple tumor marker detection results, and analyze the application value of CT examination combined with multiple tumor marker detection in the diagnosis of NSCLC.Results The peak time(Tp)of the NSCLC group was lower than that of the benign group, while the enhancement peak(PH)and aortic en-hancement peak to mass enhancement peak(M/A)were higher than those of the benign group, with statistically significant differ-ences(P<0.05);Serum cytokeratin 21-1 fragment(CYFA21-1),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron specific Enolase(NSE)in NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in benign group(P<0.05);The re-sults of logistic regression analysis showed that CT examination parameters Tp,PH,M/A,and serum tumor markers CYFA21-1,CA125,CEA,and NSE levels were all related to NSCLC(P<0.05);Drawing the Receiver operating characteristic,we found that the AUC of NSCLC diagnosed by CT parameters Tp,PH,M/A and serum tumor markers CYFA21-1,CA125,CEA,NSE were 0.733,0.821,0.676,0.938,0.930,0.934,0.918 respectively, which had certain diagnostic value. The AUC of NSCLC diag-nosed by combining CT results with serum tumor markers was 0.977.Conclusion CT examination combined with multiple tumor markers detection has high application value in the diagnosis of NSCLC.
