The Impacts of Ciprofol Anesthesia Maintenance on Anesthesia Effect and Hemodynam-ics in Patients Underwent Early Gastric Cancer Endoscopic Resection
Objective To study the effect of anesthesia maintenance with cypropofol on the anesthesia effect and hemo-dynamics in patients underwent endoscopic resection for early gastric cancer. Methods 62 patients with early gastric cancer who were proposed to underwent endoscopic resection were selected as study subjects and were allocated into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)according to the randomized numerical table method.Propofol was used for anesthesia main-tenance after anesthesia induction in the control group, and cypropofol was used for anesthesia maintenance after anesthesia induc-tion in the observation group. We compared the anesthesia effects of the 2 groups, including the time of anesthesia onset, the time of awakening, and the time of stay in the anesthesia room;we compared the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and the heart rate(HR)of the 2 groups at the time of pre-anesthesia(T0),post-anesthesia(T1),time of entry into the mirror(T2),and time of recovery of consciousness(T3);we compared the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and corticosterone(Cor)before and after the operation;we compared the VAS pain scores and the incidence of adverse reactions at the time of postoperative wakefulness,6,12,and 24 h af-ter surgery in the 2 groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time for anesthesia to take effect, the time for awaken-ing,and the time for staying in the anesthesia room were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the time of T0,the levels of MAP and HR at T1,T2,and T3 were significantly lower in the observation and control groups(P<0.05);com-pared with the control group, the levels of MAP and HR at T1,T2,and T3 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the preoperative period, the NE and Cor levels were significantly higher in the obser-vation group and the control group after surgery(P<0.05),but they were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group at the time of waking up after surgery, and at 6,12,and 24 h postoperatively(P<0.05);and the incidence rate of respiratory depression was lower in the observation group compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclopofol has a good effect on endoscopic resection of early gastric cancer, which can better stabilize hemodynamics, reduce stress response, and have a high safety profile.
