Objective To analyze the effect of Fuzheng Guben Tang and Shenque Moxibustion combined with chemo-therapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients.Methods 85 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were se-lected and randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the study group(43 cases)using a random number table meth-od.The control group received routine chemotherapy,while the study group received treatment with Fuzheng Guben Tang and Shenque Moxibustion.The treatment period was 21 days,with a duration of 2 cycles.Compared the immune function,cancer-relat-ed fatigue,and adverse reactions between the 2 groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05)in the scores of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and various dimensions of the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)between the two groups;After treatment,the CD3+and CD4+levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the CFS scores in all dimensions were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuzheng Guben Tang and Shenque Moxibustion with chemotherapy has a significant effect on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.It can reduce the damage of chemotherapy to the body's immune system,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,and have no seri-ous adverse reactions.It has certain application value.
