Relationship Between FGFR1 Expression and Prognosis and Immune Invasion in Pan-Cancer Tissues
Objective The expression level of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1(FGFR1)in pancarcinoma tissues was analyzed, and the relationship between FGFR1 and the prognosis and immune invasion of pancarcinoma patients was investigated. Methods FGFR1 expression levels were analyzed in TCGA GTEx samples,TCGA samples and TCGA paired samples by down-loading data from the TCGA database through the Xena platform of the University of California,Santa Cruz(UCSC).Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the correlation between FGFR1 expression level and patient prognosis and clinical correlation analy-sis,and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of FGFR1 gene in pan-cancer.TIMER2.0 and TISIDB database were used to analyze the correlation between FGFR1 expression and various immune cells and immune subtypes. Results FGFR1 gene was differentially expressed in various tumors, and its expression level was closely relat-ed to the prognosis of patients with different tumors. In BLCA and KIRP,FGFR1 expression correlates with pathological stage.FG-FR1 is differentially expressed in a variety of tumors and was associated with the tumor immune microenvironment and molecular subtypes. Conclusion Pan-cancer analysis of FGFR1 shows that FGFR1 expression is correlated with patient prognosis,patholog-ical stage, immune infiltration and immune subtype.FGFR1 gene is expected to become an effective prognostic biomarker for tumors and provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
