Analysis of the Expression and Clinical Value of HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 Proteins in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Tissue
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of histone deacetylase 1(HDAC1),HDAC7,and zinc finger transcription factor 191(ZNF191)proteins in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and their clinical patholog-ical characteristics and prognosis. Methods 88 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent nasal endoscopy to collect tumor specimens and normal specimens for examination. The expression of HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 proteins in tumor and normal tissues was compared, and the relationship between HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 protein expression and clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis was analyzed. Results The posi-tive expressions of HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 in tumor tissue were higher than those in normal tissue, with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05);The proportion of tumor stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis in patients with positive expression of HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 was higher than that in negative patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);88 patients were followed up for2 years, with a total of 26 cases experiencing recurrence and metastasis, with an incidence rate of 29.55%(26/88);The positive rates of HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 in patients with recurrence and metastasis were higher than those in patients without recurrence and metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion HDAC1,HDAC7,and ZNF191 are highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue, closely related to tumor staging and lymph node metastasis, and can significantly increase the risk of recurrence and metastasis.
