Expression and Clinical Significance of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in Serum of Patients with Pituitary Adenoma Before Operation
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in patients with pituitary adenoma before operation. Methods 61 patients with pituitary adenoma were selected and the levels of serum Ki-67,ACTH,TSH and protein expression in tissues were detected by chemiluminescence and immunohistochemistry. Results The re-sults of histopathology and serology were consistent. The expression levels of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in patients with non-invasive pituitary adenoma before surgery were lower than those in patients with invasive adenoma(P<0.05),and the maximum diameter of tumor was compared(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value of serum Ki-67,ACTH and TSH combined detection(0.785)was higher than that of other single detection. Conclusion The expression of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in serum of patients with pituitary adenoma before operation is closely related to the clinicopathological features of patients after operation, and the combined detection is more effective.
