Objective To investigate the effects of progesterone, radical hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy on tumor markers and quality of life in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 81 patients with endometrial carcinoma were selected, and 37 patients with radical hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy were selected as the control group, and 44 pa-tients with progesterone and radical hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy were selected as the observation group. The therapeu-tic effect, tumor marker level, quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effec-tive rate of the observation group(93.18%)was higher than that of the control group(75.68%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.881,P=0.027).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in HE4 and CEA levels between the 2 groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,HE4 and CEA levels were significantly decreased between the 2 groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in QOL score between the 2 groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,QOL score between the2 groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(t=3.972,P=0.000).The total incidence of adverse reac-tions in the observation group(4.55%)was lower than that in the control group(21.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.953,P=0.047).Conclusion Progesterone, radical hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy can improve the treatment effect of endometrial cancer, reduce the level of tumor markers, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the in-cidence of adverse events.
