Value of Six Tumor Markers in the Auxiliary Diagnosis of Lung Adenocarcinoma
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of six serum tumor markers CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 in auxiliary diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods 195 patients with lung adenocarcinoma,143 patients with benign lung disease and 110 healthy subjects were selected as subjects.Venous blood was collected on empty stom-ach and CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 levels were detected.Multiple t tests were performed by Bonferroni method to compare CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125,and CA199 in lung adenocarcinoma, benign lung disease, and healthy controls.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between changes of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 levels and disease in lung adenocarcinoma.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic and predic-tive value of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 in peripheral blood of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Results CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 in peripheral blood of lung adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than those of benign lung disease group and healthy control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the Cut-off values of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 for the diagnosis of lung ade-nocarcinoma were respectively 5.010 ng/ml,3.930 ng/ml,9.675 ng/ml,1.185 ng/ml and 16.050U/ml and 14.450 U/ml;The areas under the curve(AUC)were 0.822,0.854,0.841,0.802,0.936 and 0.922,respectively.Conclusion The detection of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,SCCA,CA125 and CA199 levels in peripheral blood can improve the sensitivity of auxiliary diagnosis and observation of curative effect of lung adenocarcinoma, which has important clinical application value.
