Analysis of the Differential Diagnostic Value of High-field Magnetic Resonance Multi b-value Diffusion-weighted Imaging for Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Hepatic Hemangioma
Objective To analyze the differential diagnostic value of high field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)multi b-value diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma. Methods A total of 109 patients who underwent high-field MRI-DWI examination were selected, and their conditions were clarified through pathological examina-tion.43 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were assigned to the observation group, and 66 patients with hepatic hemangioma were assigned to the control group. The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values under different b values were compared be-tween the 2 groups;Additionally, draw a receiver operating curve(ROC)to analyze the effectiveness of ADC values in differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma under different b values. Results When the result b value was 50 s/mm2,400 s/mm2,and 1000 s/mm2,the ADC values of the observation group were(2.09±0.42),respectively×10-3/mm2/s,(1.72±0.36)×10-3/mm2/s,(1.39±0.28)×10-3/mm2/s,all lower than the control group's(2.45±0.57)×10-3/mm2/s,(2.16±0.45)×10-3/mm2/s,(1.88±0.47)×10-3/mm2/s,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The ROC results showed that when the b value was 1000 s/mm2,the area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity, and specificity of ADC value for differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma were the highest, with values of 0.816,90.70%,and72.70%,re-spectively.Conclusion High field MRI-DWI can effectively differentiate and diagnose hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic he-mangioma,and the larger the b-value,the stronger the diagnostic effect, which has certain practical value.
