Application Value of MRI-DWI Combined with MSCT Three-dimensional Reconstruction in Preoperative Staging of Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging-diffusion weighted imaging(MRI-DWI)combined with multisliecs helieal CT(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction in preoperative staging diagnosis of gastric cancer patients. Methods 96 gastric cancer patients were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent MRI-DWI and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction examinations.Based on the results of surgical pathology as the gold standard, the applica-tion value of preoperative MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with MRI-DWI in gastric cancer staging was ana-lyzed.Results According to pathological staging, there were 14 cases in stage Ⅰ,31 cases in stage Ⅱ,34 cases in stage Ⅲ,and 17 cases in stage Ⅳ.After Kappa consistency test, the preoperative staging results of MRI-DWI and MSCT three-dimensional re-construction for gastric cancer were generally consistent with the surgical pathological results(Kappa=0.555,0.513,P<0.001).The combination of MRI-DWI and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of gastric cancer showed ex-cellent consistency between preoperative staging results and pathological results(Kappa=0.912,P<0.001).The accuracy of MRI-DWI combined with MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in diagnosing preoperative gastric cancer staging was higher than that of MRI-DWI and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction alone, with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The use of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with MRI-DWI for preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer staging in gastric cancer patients has high practical value, and the diagnostic results are highly consistent with pathological results.
