该用“顾客满意”还是“顾客满意度”——对中文版ISO 9001标准中的术语商讨
How to Express "Customer Satisfaction " in Chinese GB/T 19001——Discussion about the Terms in Chinese Version ISO 9001

中文版的ISO 9001标准条文中,使用了"顾客满意"来表达"顾客满意度",这并不是最好的表达,因不符合汉语的表达习惯和没有体现汉语的优点。为找出更好的汉语表达用词,分析其原因主要在于中英文的词的特点有较大区别,英文单词有一词多义及词的联立关系特点,中文词则有一词一义不易误解的特点。标准中应该全面考虑这些特点。为了保持和发扬汉语优点,扬长避短,建议使用"顾客满意度",弃用"顾客满意=顾客满意度"的用法为好。对标准中"合同"与"协议"的用法也作了同样的分析,建议用"约定"代替"协议"更好。
Abstract
In the Chinese vision ISO 9001 used the word "customer satisfaction" to express the meaning "the degree of customers satisfaction.But this is not the good expression in China since it is not suit the custom of Chinese language.To find the hetter expression in Chinese,this paper analysizes the causes,that is the difference between Chinese words and English words.And sagest that to use the words which suit Chinese customs.
