摘要
目前中国新出现的词和术语有爆炸之势，构造新词新术语的方法也不少。文章从字和字义的使用组合角度对新词构成方法作了分类归纳，并从人们学习新词语的角度对其优缺点进行了分析。
Abstract
At present the Chinese new words and terms have the potential of explosion, and there are many methods to make new terms also. This paper analysis, classified and summed the methods to make Chinese new words in the view of to make new Chinese words by using and combining the meaning of Chinese character and words, and of whether the Chinese people learning new words easy.
