解热镇痛药在儿童发热对症治疗中处方审核建议

解热镇痛药是目前儿童处方量较大的药品，我国儿童解热镇痛药在临床应用中仍存在一些不合理用药现象，影响治疗效果，甚至对儿童用药安全造成隐患。本文从儿童发热对症治疗中解热镇痛药的适应证、剂型/给药途径、用药剂量适宜性、患儿的病理生理特性个体差异以及药物相互作用等方面提出建议，供广大药师开展处方审核时参考。 Antipyretic-analgesics are currently one of the most prescribed drugs in children。The clinical application of antipyretic-analgesics for children in our country still have irrational phenomenon， which affects the therapeutic effect and even poses hidden dangers to the safety of children。In this paper， suggestions were put forward from the indications， dosage form/route， dosage suitability， pathophysiological characteristics of children with individual differences and drug interactions in the symptomatic treatment of febrile children， so as to provide reference for the general pharmacists when conducting prescription review。
Recommendations for prescription review of antipyretic-analgesics in symptomatic treatment of children with fever
