摘要
儿童耳真菌病的发病率逐渐上升，多重耐药耳念珠菌广泛流行。然而儿童耳真菌病早期诊断相对困难，容易导致误诊和漏诊。本综述基于国内外相关研究，从儿童耳真菌病的流行病学、疾病诱因与危险因素、病原微生物、诊断与治疗等方面对该病进行综合评述，以提高对儿童耳真菌病的认识。 The incidence of pediatric otomycosis is gradually increasing, with a widespread prevalence of multidrug-resistant Candida auris.However, its early diagnosis remains challenging, leading to misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis.This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of pediatric otomycosis based on relevant domestic and international studies.This article reviewed the epidemiology, etiology, risk factors, pathogenic microorganisms, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric otomycosis, aiming to enhance the understanding of pediatric otomycosis among healthcare professionals.
