Objetive To investigate the clincal effect of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the desensitization treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were selected from March 2021 to March 2023 in the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,which were received desensitization treatment of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops.To compare the scores of eye itching,palpebral conjunctival papilla,follicle and conjunctival congestion before and after treatment by means of self-comparison.Results The scores of eye itching,palpebral conjunctival papilla,follicle and conjunctival congestion before the treatment were(6.25±2.55)、(1.91±1.06)and(3.03±2.19),the scores of eye itching,palpebral conjunctival papilla,follicle and conjunctival congestion after the treatment were(1.48±2.16)、(0.41±0.70)and(0.82±1.53).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of eye itching,palpebral conjunctival papilla,follicle and conjunctival congestion before and after treatment by means of self-comparison(P＜0.05).The tvalues are respectively(17.4197)、(13.1460)、(9.4583).Conclusions Dermatophagoides Farinae Drop s is effective in the desensitization treatment of allergic conjunctivitis and can be widely used in clinic.
