Objetive To investigate the correlation between serum albumin,Clq/tumor necrosis factor associated protein 9(CTRP9),thioredoxin interacting protein(TXNIP)and type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy diagnosed and treated from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and set as the observation group,while 150 patients with simple type 2 diabetes were selected as the control group during the same period.According to the severity,the observation group was divided into proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)group(n=62)and non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)group(n=88),and the levels of serum lipins,CTRP9 and TXNIP were compared.Result The levels of albumin and CTRP9 in observation group were lower than those in control group,while TXNIP were higher than those in control group(t=7.431,5.963,10.425,P<0.05).The levels of leucolipin and CTRP9 in PDR group were lower than those in NPDR group,while TXNIP were higher than those in NPDR group(t=4.564,8.808,5.549,P<0.05).Kendall's tau-b correlation analysis showed that serum lipin and CTRP9 were positively correlated with the severity of retinopathy,while TXNIP was negatively correlated with the severity of retinopathy(r=0.289,0.510,0.344,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values of leukolipin,CTRP9 and TXNIP in predicting retinopathy in type 2 diabetes patients were(0.707,0.711 and 0.782,P<0.05).The sensitivity was 94.00%,62.00%and 58.00%,respectively.The specificity was 49.30%,871.30%and 92.00%.Conclusion The abnormal expression of serum lipids,CTRP9 and TXNIP in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy is of great significance for the timely detection of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.
