Objective To observe the effect of rigid gas permeable contact lens(RGP)on the children of postperative corneal laceration.Methods 28 children(28 eyes)who underwent corneal laceration suture at least 3 month from July 2015 to February 2017 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group wearing RGP and the control group wearing frame glasses,the best corrected visual acuity of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the best corrected visual acuity has an average increas when wearing RGP.And the diffrence was statistically signicant(P＜0.01).Conclusion Wearing RGP could improve the best corrected visual acuity and visual quality in postperative corneal laceration of children.
