High-quality development strategies for inland water transportation in Guangdong province
This paper summarizes the development characteristics and achievements of inland waters transport in Guangdong Province,and conductes a comprehensive analysis of the problems such as the lagging development of inland waters transport in Guangdong Province,unbalanced regional development,prominent constraints of resource elements,and inadequate port distribution system.It proposes the development strategy to continue promoting the construction of high-grade inland waterways in Guangdong,optimizing the overall planning of inland ports,strengthening the comprehensive utilization of water resources,improving the professional level of inland ports,and enhancing the level of intelligent and green development of inland water transportation,so as to promote the high-quality development of inland water transportation in Guangdong and provide strong support for the new pattern of regional development.
