Smart Oil Depot Maturity Assessment Using the AHP-EWM Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model
Thanks to the advancement of big data and the Internet of Things, the petrochemical industry is moving toward intelligence.Nevertheless, despite their significance as locations for the storage of petroleum products, oil depots are intelligently growing at a fairly slow pace.Based on the current state of intelligent oil depots in China, this article establishes an evaluation of the maturity of intelligent oil depots from three major business dimensions:operation management, environmental safety management, and equipment inspection management. The goal is to raise the intelligence level of oil depots and encourage their intelligent development. The model uses a combination of the analytical hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to determine the weights assigned to each indicator of the smart oil depot maturity model. It then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis to assess the smart oil depot's score and determine its maturity level. The assessment and analysis of an intelligent oil depot's maturity is also done in this article using an oil depot as an example. It analyzes the inadequacies of the oil depot's primary business and suggests targeted improvement and optimization approaches in order to raise its overall intelligence level, based on the findings of the final maturity level evaluation.
