气体杂质对CO2物性和管输特性的影响

CO2 管道输送是CCUS(碳捕集、利用与封存)技术的重要环节.利用PR(Peng-Robinson)方程对管输不同相态纯CO2 物性参数进行了计算,并拟合了密度与温度、压力的相关经验公式;采用PR方程开展了含H2S、H2、CH4、N2、O2 等气体杂质CO2 多元体系物性、相特性计算.依托某油田CO2 管输示范工程,利用OLGA(全动态多相流模拟计算软件)和HYSYS(石油化工工艺流程模拟软件)计算分析了输送含有不同杂质种类和含量的CO2 气源对于增压功率、换热功率,管道沿程温降、压降,以及管输能力的影响.结果表明,杂质通过影响泡点线、露点线使两相区扩大,其中H2 和N2 扩大的区域最大;H2、CH4 和H2S会增大站场压缩机和换热器总功耗;杂质的添加将增大管道沿程温降和压降,其中H2 的影响最大;H2S会略微增大管输能力,其他杂质均会降低管输能力.
CO2 pipeline transportation is an important link of carbon capture utilization and storage(CCUS)technology.The paper calculates the physical properties of pure CO2 in different phase states for pipeline transportation using the PR equation and fits empirical formulas related to density,temperature,and pressure.It calculates the physical and phase properties of CO2 multicomponent systems containing gas impurities such as H2S,H2,CH4,N2,O2 via the equation and calculates&analyzes the effects of transporting CO2 gas sources with different types and contents of impurities on the boosting power,heat exchanger power,pipeline temperature drop,pressure drop,and pipeline transportation capacity through such software as OLGA and HYSYS based on a CO2 pipeline transportation demonstration project in an oilfield.The results indicate that impurities expand the two-phase region by affecting the bubble and dew point lines,with H2 and N2 having the largest expansion,H2,CH4,and H2S will increase the total power consumption of station compressors and heat exchangers,the addition of impurities will increase the temperature drop and pressure drop along the pipeline,with H2 having the greatest impact,H2S will slightly increase pipeline transportation capacity,while other impurities will reduce pipeline transportation capacity.
