Research on Application of Multi-energy Complementary and Energy-saving&Cost-reducing in Oilfield United Stations
In the practical production process, oilfield united stations consume a large amount of fossil energy, resulting in the generation of carbon emissions. The application of wind energy, solar energy, and waste heat from crude oil produced water utilization technology will be conducive to promoting carbon emission reduction of oilfield united stations.Taking the oilfield united station as the research case study, the paper analyzes the energy consumption and carbon emissions characteristics and establishes a multi-energy complementary system by applying the technology of wind and solar power generation, electrolytic hydrogen production, trough solar heat collection, and waste heat from crude oil produced water in the production process of the station. The results indicate that the integrated clean energy utilization technologies help the oilfield united station to achieve the favorable effect of energy saving and emission reduction including reducing the CO2 emissions of the united station by 62.34%using solar heat collection and sewage waste heat technology to replace the traditional grid power supply, decreasing 9.73%of CO2 emissions through wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, and producing hydrogen of 980.44kg in addition. The coordinated transformation of various clean energy utilization technologies further optimizes the energy supply structure of the oilfield united station, reduces the consumption of fossil fuels, and effectively decreases the overall carbon emission of the oilfield united station.
