小微型天然气制氢工艺与反应器技术研究进展

小微型天然气制氢是便捷获得小规模、低成本、高纯度氢源的重要技术.随着氢能和燃料电池的快速发展,借助完善的天然气输配网络,小微型天然气制氢有望在小规模交通、实验、发电、供热等多个领域广泛应用.为加强相关研究,对全球小微型天然气制氢的工艺技术和反应器技术研究进展进行了梳理和分析,针对应用最广泛的天然气蒸汽重整工艺介绍了低温低压蒸汽重整、小型自热重整2种工艺技术,以及传统蒸汽重整反应器的小型化和对流换热型、板式及膜反应器3种颠覆式反应器技术,认为小微型天然气制氢有利于推动分布式制氢和燃料电池分布式发电的应用,虽然目前主要集中在传统技术的小型化,但未来对反应器的颠覆性创新将有望成为主流.
Innovation of Small and Micro-scale Natural Gas to Hydrogen Technology and Reactor
Hydrogen production from the natural gas with the miniature devices is an important technology to obtain small-scale,low-cost,and high-purity hydrogen sources conveniently.With the rapid development of hydrogen energy and fuel cells,hydrogen production from small and micro devices is expected to be widely used in such fields as small-scale transportation,experiments,power generation,and heating with the help of perfect natural gas transmission and distribution network.This paper sorts out and analyzes the progress of technology and reactors suitable for hydrogen production from small and micro devices,and introduces two technologies of the low temperature and low pressure steam reforming and small-sized autothermic reforming beads on the widely used natural gas reforming technology and such three subversive reactor technologies as the small-sized traditional steam reforming reactor,the plate-type reactor and the membrane reactor.It believes that hydrogen production with small and micro devices is conducive to promoting the application of the distributed hydrogen production and the distributed power generation with the fuel cell and the disruptive innovation on reactors in the future will be the main development trend though the present innovation is mainly focusing on making the traditional technology the small-sized one.
