中国氢能产业链技术现状及发展趋势

"双碳"目标下,氢能作为一种可再生的二次能源,具有来源丰富、应用广泛、利用形式多样、燃烧热值高、清洁环保等优点,在国家能源转型中承担着重要角色.中国氢能产业尚处于发展初期,加强对氢能产业链的现状研究,把握发展趋势,将有助于推动加快能源转型.通过梳理氢能产业链各环节的关键技术现状,对比和分析各类技术的优势、不足及发展趋势,研究发现:中国氢能制取模式,短期内以"煤制氢+CCUS"技术为主,长远以电解水制氢耦合可再生能源电力为主,微生物制氢有望成为辅助;氢能储运呈现多元化发展趋势,大规模、远距离、连续性输送会通过管道进行;氢能制取、储运成本会逐步降低;氢能利用会逐步拓宽至工业、交通、电力、建筑等领域.建议完善氢能产业总体规划布局,加强核心技术攻关,稳步推进基础设施建设,实现氢能的低成本制取、储运与利用.
Technical Status and Development Trends of Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain Technology in China
Under the goal of"dual carbon",hydrogen energy has the advantages of rich sources,wide applications,diverse utilization forms,high calorific value of combustion,and clean&environmental protection,and will play an important role in China's energy transformation.China's hydrogen energy industry is still in the early stage of development and strengthening research on the current situation of the hydrogen energy industry chain as well as grasping development trends will help accelerate energy transformation.By reviewing the current status of key technologies in each link of the hydrogen energy industry chain,comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and their development trends.The paper finds that the"coal to hydrogen+CCUS"is the main technology in China in the short term,and electrolytic water coupled renewable energy generation will be the mainstream in the long run,and microbial hydrogen production is expected to be auxiliary.Hydrogen energy storage and transportation is showing a diversified development trend and large-scale,long-distance,and continuous transportation will be carried out through pipelines.The cost of hydrogen generation,storage and transportation will decrease gradually and the use of hydrogen will be gradually expanded to industry,transportation,electricity,construction,and other fields.It is suggested to improve the overall planning and layout of the hydrogen energy industry,strengthen core technology research and development,steadily promoting infrastructure construction,and achieve low-cost production,storage,transportation,and utilization of hydrogen energy.
