Thinkings on the Construction of a New Energy System at the Regional Level in China:a Case of a Coastal City
The construction of a new energy system is an important initiative for the transformation of China's energy industry,and correctly understanding the connotation of the new energy system and exploring the path of its realization is the only way to develop the new quality productive forces and realize the energy revolution.At present,the theoretical research on the construction of new energy system is still in the exploratory stage,there is no mature demonstration area in terms of practical application,and even a lack of exploration on the construction of new energy system at the regional level.The paper systematically analyzes the problems and challenges of China's energy system in terms of supply structure,system shape,industrial structure,and institutional mechanism,clarifies the necessity of establishing a new energy system of"Four New One Strong",innovatively studies the construction of a new energy system at the regional level,proposes the development path and basic strategy for the construction of a new energy system at the regional level,and puts forward the development path with regional characteristics by taking construction of a new energy system in coastal city A as a case to provide a reference for the construction of a new regional energy system in China.
