大庆油田CCUS-EOR工程全产业链技术经济特性浅析及认识

CCUS-EOR(CO2 捕集、利用、封存与提高石油采收率)技术不仅是中国实现"碳达峰、碳中和"的重要举措,也是低渗透油田大幅度提高采收率的战略性接替技术.以大庆油田百万吨级CCUS-EOR示范工程为例,从捕集、输送、驱油与埋存三大环节阐述了大庆油田百万吨级CCUS-EOR示范工程的技术路线,在此基础上,研究确立了CCUS-EOR全产业链经济评价方法和模型,着重对CCUS-EOR全产业链现金流出构成及敏感性进行了分析;根据各环节经济特性,从技术、政策等方面提出了CCUS-EOR全产业链经济效益的提升措施,以期推动CCUS-EOR项目上下游一体化效益建设.
Analysis and Cognition of the Technical and Economic Characteristics of the Whole Industrial Chain of CCUS-EOR-Taking the Project at Daqing OilField as an Example
CCUS-EOR(CO2 Capture,Utilization,and Storage-Enhanced Oil Recovery)technology is not only an important way to achieve"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"in China,but also a strategic replacement technology to significantly improve oil recovery in low permeability oil fields.Taking the million-ton CCUS-EOR demonstration project at Daqing Oilfield as an example,the paper expounds the technical route of the million-ton CCUS-EOR demonstration project at Daqing Oilfield from such three aspects as capture,transportation,oil displacement and storage,establishes the economic evaluation method and model of the whole industrial chain of CCUS-EOR on the basis,analyzes the composition and sensitivity of cash outflow in the whole chain of CCUS-EOR as an important point,and proposes measures to improve the economic benefits of the whole CCUS-EOR industry chain in terms of technology and policy according to the economic characteristics of each link in order to promote the construction of the upstream and downstream integration benefits of CCUS-EOR projects.
