Optimal Allocation of Gas Supply Reliability in Natural Gas Pipeline System Based on Cost Function
The optimal allocation of gas supply reliability can be used to identify the weak units of gas supply in the natural gas pipeline system and provide guidance for operation management and maintenance & repair. In order to further determine the weak unit of gas supply,a new cost function model is established with the minimum cost of improving gas supply reliability as the optimization objective and gas supply reliability as the constraint condition. The influence factors of gas supply reliability are combined with the cost function model, and the feasibility and other parameters are used to quantify the relationship between the influence factors and the cost. The paper uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the cost function model and determine the optimization index of gas supply reliability of each unit. For a natural gas pipeline system,it carries out the optimal allocation of gas supply reliability according to the cost function model. The results show that the method can reasonably allocate the reliability index of gas supply to each pipeline and compressor station according to the reliability improvement difficulty.Compared with unconstrained allocation, the method is more practical since it can avoid excessive allocation and provide a scientific basis for enhancing the reliability of gas supply.
