As an important embodiment of the regional comprehensive development ability,the business environment can fully reflect the economic development ability and comprehensive competitiveness of a region,causing widespread concern.The high-quality business environment can provide convenient external conditions for the development of enterprises,and is conducive to promoting the rapid and efficient development of local economy.In view of the current business environment evaluation problems,an evaluation system consisting of five first level indicators,namely,market environment,government environment,rule of law environment,human environment,and ecological environment,is constructed;And the method of hesitant fuzzy set distance measurement is used to build the business environment evaluation model to evaluate the business environment;Finally,four regions are taken as examples to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method,aiming to provide an theoretical basis reference for targeted optimizing urban business environment.
