摘要

将石墨膜和铝箔以铺层的形式交替排布,采用真空热压烧结技术制备石墨膜/铝复合材料,研究真空热压烧结参数对复合材料微观组织和性能的影响.结果表明:石墨膜在复合材料中分布均匀,符合预期构型设计;真空热压烧结参数对复合材料微观组织影响显著,优化后的制备工艺参数为640℃/50 MPa/100 min,该条件下制备的复合材料界面结合良好,致密度高,没有检测到Al4C3相;随着石墨膜体积分数的增加,复合材料面内热导率呈现先增加后下降的趋势,石墨膜体积分数为30%时,复合材料面内热导率最大,为219.71 W/(m·K).

Abstract

The graphite film and aluminum foil are alternately arranged in layers,and the graphite film/aluminum composite material is prepared using vacuum hot pressing sintering technology.The influence of vacuum hot pressing sintering parameters on the microstructure and properties of the composite material is studied.The results show that the graphite film is evenly distributed in the composite material,which conforms to the expected configuration design;the vacuum hot pressing sintering parameters have a significant impact on the microstructure of the composite material,the optimized preparation process parameters are 640℃/50 MPa/100 min,the composite material pre-pared under this condition has good interfacial bonding,high density,and no Al4C3 phase is detec-ted;as the volume fraction of graphite film increases,the in-plane thermal conductivity of the com-posite material shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and when the volume fraction of graphite film is 30%,the in-plane thermal conductivity of the composite material is the highest,at 219.71 W/(m·K).
