摘要
为提高Fe3O4在类芬顿反应体系中对污染物的去除效果,基于类芬顿催化氧化技术,制备了Fe3O4/Cu2O复合材料作为非均相类芬顿催化剂,与H2O2共同构成以亚甲基蓝模拟废水为目标物的类芬顿催化氧化体系.对比分析不同实验条件下Fe3O4/Cu2O复合材料的类芬顿活性,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等对材料进行表征.实验结果表明:当Fe3O4与CuCl2·2H2O的复合配比(质量比)为2∶1时制备Fe3O4/Cu2O,且其投加量为40 mg、H2O2用量为0.5 mL时,对浓度为6 mg/L的废水溶液中亚甲基蓝的去除率达到84.27%,类芬顿活性较好;类芬顿反应中起主要活性作用的是·OH.
Abstract
In order to improve the removal efficiency of Fe3O4 in Fenton-like reaction system,Fe3O4/Cu2O composite was prepared as heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst based on Fenton-like catalytic oxidation technology,and together with H2O2,a Fenton-like catalytic oxidation system with methylene blue as the target was formed.The Fenton-like activity of Fe3O4/Cu2O composites under different experimental conditions was compared and analyzed,and the materials were charac-terized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that when the compound ratio of Fe3O4 and CuCl2·2H2O is 2∶1,Fe3O4/Cu2O is prepared,and its dosage is 40 mg,and the dosage of H2O2 is 0.5 mL,the removal rate of methylene blue in wastewater solution with concentration of 6 mg/L reaches 84.27%,and the Fenton-like activity is good.The main active component in Fenton-like reaction is·OH.
