海州露天矿内排土场边坡稳定性研究

摘要
随着露天煤矿开采规模逐渐扩大,固体废弃物堆积而成的内排土场堆高和边坡倾角逐渐变大,导致边坡失稳滑坡、崩塌等严重事故.为确保内排土场在安全稳定的前提下获得更大的排土容积,以海州露天矿南侧内排土场人工土石边坡为研究对象,基于强度折减理论,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对内排土场人工土石边坡进行稳定性分析.结果表明:海州露天矿内排土场人工土石边坡两剖面稳定性安全系数分别为1.182和1.164,均小于安全储备系数1.3,内排土场存在边坡失稳出现滑坡的危险,需对其进行削坡处理;当削坡至35 m位置时,两剖面的稳定性系数均可达到安全储备系数.本文结果可为内排土场方案优化设计提供理论基础.
Abstract
With the gradual expansion of the scale of open-pit coal mining,the pile height and slope inclination of solid waste piles and inner dumps gradually increase,leading to serious accidents such as slope destabilization landslides and avalanches.In order to have a larger soil discharge volume in the inner soil discharge field under the premise of safety and stability,the artificial soil and rock slopes of the inner soil discharge field at the south side of Haizhou open-pit mine are taken as the object of study.Based on the theory of strength reduction,the stability analysis of the artificial soil and rock slopes of the field is carried out by using the numerical simulation software of FLAC3D.The experimental results show that the stability and safety coefficients of the two profiles of the arti-ficial soil and rock slopes in the inner soil discharge site of Haizhou open pit mine are 1.182 and 1.164 respectively,which are less than the safety reserve coefficient of 1.3.There is a danger of landslides due to the instability of the slopes in the internal soil discharge site,and it is necessary to carry out the cutting treatment for the slopes.When the slope is cut to 35 m,the stability coefficients of the two profiles can satisfy the requirement of the safety reserve,which provides a theoretical ba-sis for the design of the optimal inner soil discharge program.
