基于小波变换的有源噪声控制算法研究

摘要
在传统的有源噪声控制系统中,原始噪声信号是获得参考噪声信号的必要条件,当原始噪声信号的信息不可获知时,有源噪声控制系统失效.为解决该问题,设计基于小波变换的有源噪声控制系统,利用小波阈值法对含噪语音信号进行处理,得到与原始噪声信号相关的参考噪声信号.在此基础上,对传统的有源噪声控制算法LMS进行改进,提出基于Sigmoid函数的γSLMS算法和C-γSLMS凸组合算法,解决LMS算法无法同时兼顾收敛速度和稳态误差的问题,为解决有源噪声控制问题提供新的解决方案.
Abstract
In the traditional active noise control system,the original noise signal is necessary to ob-tain the reference noise signal,and the active noise control system fails when the information of the original noise signal is not known.In order to solve this problem,an active noise control system based on wavelet transform is designed to process the noise-containing speech signal using the wavelet threshold method to obtain the reference noise signal related to the original noise signal.On this basis,the traditional LMS algorithm for active noise control is improved,and the γSLMS algo-rithm based on the Sigmoid function and the C-γSLMS convex combination algorithm are proposed to solve the problem that the LMS algorithm cannot take into account the convergence speed and the steady state error at the same time.A new solution to the active noise control problem is a-chieved.
