炮钢表面电弧离子镀Cr涂层的制备及磨损性能

Preparation and Wear Properties of Arc Ion Plated Cr Coating on Gun Steel Surface

为了增强炮钢表面的摩擦磨损性能,采用电弧离子镀技术在炮钢表面沉积硬Cr涂层和软Cr/硬Cr涂层.采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪对炮钢和涂层的微观形貌、成分以及相组成进行表征.结果表明:在硬度和耐磨性方面,硬Cr涂层和软Cr/硬Cr涂层较炮钢基体均显著提升,其中软Cr/硬Cr涂层的纳米硬度最高,相较于炮钢,硬度提升了 173%,并具有较高的H/E和H3/E2值;在磨损方面,炮钢的磨损量最高,其次是硬Cr涂层,而软Cr/硬Cr涂层的磨损量最低.炮钢的磨损机理主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损,硬Cr涂层为轻微氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,而软Cr/硬Cr涂层为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和氧化磨损.
In order to enhance the wear resistance of gun steel surface,hard Cr coating and soft Cr/hard Cr coating were deposited on the gun steel surface by arc ion plating technology.Scanning e-lectron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer were used to character-ize the microscopic morphology,composition and phase composition of the gun steel and coatings.The results showed that,in terms of hardness and abrasion resistance,both the hard Cr coating and the soft Cr/hard Cr coating showed significant improvement over the gun steel and higher H/E and H3/E2 values.The gun steel showed the highest abrasion,followed by the hard Cr coating,while the soft Cr/hard Cr coating showed the lowest wear.The wear of the gun steel were mainly from adhe-sive and abrasive wear,the wear of the hard Cr coating from slight oxidative and abrasive wear,and the wear of the soft Cr/hard Cr coating from adhesive,abrasive and oxidative wear.
