隧道瓦斯防治综合检测监控技术实践和分析

云南省鲁巧高速巧家隧道设计瓦斯段落长,瓦斯灾害严重.为确保施工安全,对有毒有害气体进行实时、全覆盖检测监控,采取智能监控系统、人工检测、重点作业重点跟踪检测的综合检测监控安全防控技术手段,结合建立的瓦斯预警管理机制和措施,通过现场实践,比计划工期提前2个月,且瓦斯浓度总体稳定在0.00%~0.16%安全管控范围内,取得了良好的安全和经济效益,对类似隧道具有借鉴意义.
The design of the Qiaojia Tunnel on the Luqiao Expressway in Yunnan Province has a long gas section and severe gas disasters.In order to ensure construction safety and achieve real-time and full coverage detection and monitoring of toxic and harmful gases,a comprehensive detec-tion,monitoring,and safety prevention and control technology method of intelligent monitoring sys-tem,manual detection,and key operation tracking detection has been adopted.Combined with the established gas warning management mechanism and measures,through on-site practice,the con-struction period has been advanced by 2 months compared to the planned period,and the overall gas concentration has remained stable within the safety control range of 0.00%to 0.16%,achieving good safety and economic benefits,which has reference significance for similar tunnels.
