Synthesis and application of metallocene catalyst with multi-methyl mixed with cyclopentadienyl ligands
A series of cyclopentadienyl ligands were synthesized, and several methyl groups were introduced into one cyclopentadienyl ring to prepare a metallocene catalyst with multi-methyl mixed with cyclopentadienyl ligands. In addition, methylalumoxane was used as a cocatalyst, and the evaluation of olefin polymerization was carried out.The results were compared with the commercial zirconium dichloride. The experimental results show that the catalytic activity of the metallocene catalyst with multi-methyl mixed with cyclopentadienyl ligands is comparable to that of zirconium dichloride, with a maximum value of 7 951 kg/(mol·h).It can catalyze the copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene,and the content of 1-hexene in the copolymer can reach 6.8%(x).
