废旧聚烯烃中挥发性有机物溯源及处理技术研究

以聚乙烯和聚丙烯为代表的聚烯烃为目前使用量最大的通用塑料之一,在其制品加工过程中往往会产生烷烃、烯烃、醛、酮、醇、醚和苯系物等多种挥发性有机物(VOCs),溯源并脱除VOCs已成为废旧聚烯烃高值化利用的关键前提。综述了聚烯烃制品中VOCs的组成及精准评价方法,详细介绍了聚烯烃材料及(再)加工过程中产生的VOCs脱除处理工艺的研究进展,并探讨了VOCs处理工艺目前存在的问题和挑战。
Traceability and treatment technologies of volatile organic compounds in waste polyolefins
Polyolefins represented by polyethylene and polypropylene,as one of the most widely used general-purpose plastics,tend to produce a variety of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)such as alkanes,olefins,aldehydes,ketones,alcohols,ethers,and benzenes during the processing of their products.Tracing and removing VOCs have become key prerequisites for the high-value utilization of waste polyolefins.The composition and accurate evaluation methods of VOCs in polyolefin products were reviewed,and the research progress of removal and treatment technologies for VOCs generated in polyolefin materials and during(re)processing was introduced.In addition,the current problems and challenges of VOC treatment technologies were discussed.
