钼对绿豆种子萌发及其幼苗生长的影响

通过水培实验研究不同梯度钼处理液对绿豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:0.3 mg/L的钼促进了绿豆种子的萌发及幼苗生长,其中发芽率、苗高、根长均优于对照组,且根冠比最大.随着钼处理液质量浓度的升高,绿豆种子的萌发及幼苗生长逐渐受到抑制,且抑制作用随着质量浓度的升高逐渐加强.当钼质量浓度达到最大值247.4 mg/L时,苗高(低于对照组55.53 %)、根长(低于对照组84.19 %)均为最小值,其他各项指标的抑制作用也都明显增强.这表明适当含量的钼是动植物生长的必要微量元素,但是过量的钼也会对动植物生长发育造成严重危害.
A hydroponic experiment was employed to study the effects of molybdenum addition on the growth and germination of mung bean.The results indicated that the nutrient solution with 0.3 mg/L of Mo6+could stimulate the seed germination and promote the growth of plants,at the same time,all kinds of indicators were the best.With the increase of Mo6+concentration,seed germination and seedling growth were restrained.And with the increase of the concentration,inhibitory effect gradually increased.When the concentration of Mo6+was 247.4 mg/L,seedling height was 55.53 % lower than the control group and the root length was 84.19 % lower than the control group.The inhibition of other indicators was signifi-cantly enhanced. The appropriate levels of molybdenum is the necessary trace element in animals and plants.Excessive molybdenum will cause serious damage to the growth and development of animals and plants.
