Analysis of Vibration Characteristics of U-Tube Under Fluid-Structure Interaction Based on Workbench
Based on the fluid structure coupling theory,the vibration characteristics of U-tube are ana-lyzed by workbench platform.Based on the analysis results,with the increase of fluid velocity,the natural frequency of U-tube will increase slightly,and the maximum equivalent stress and total strain will in-crease significantly.With the increase of pressure,the natural frequency of the U-tube increase signifi-cantly,and the maximum equivalent stress and the total strain will significantly increase.With the increase of wall thickness,the first natural frequency of U-tube decreases gradually,and the mass effect is domi-nant.The second-fifth natural frequency increases,and the strength effect is dominant.The maximum e-quivalent stress and maximum total deformation are significantly reduced.The resonance of stress and strain under different excitation is analyzed by harmonic response.It is found that the maximum stress and strain reached at 880 Hz.
