2022年连云港市免疫规划疫苗损耗情况分析

目的 掌握2022年连云港市免疫规划疫苗损耗情况,分析损耗原因和影响因素,为实施疫苗精细化管理提供依据.方法 收集2022年连云港市疫苗使用数据和接种数据,采用描述性分析方法计算疫苗使用率、损耗率、损耗系数等指标,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 2022年连云港市疫苗使用868 369剂次,接种724 704剂次,使用率为83.46%,损耗率为16.54%,损耗系数为1.20;除脊灰减毒活疫苗(bOPV)疫苗外,其他疫苗损耗系数在国家质控标准内;单人份疫苗损耗低于多人份疫苗(x2=314 138.20,P<0.001),液体型疫苗损耗低于冻干型疫苗(x2=1 183.52,P<0.001);疫苗损耗城区低于乡镇(x2=243.65,P<0.001);疫苗的损耗系数随着年门诊接种量增加呈下降趋势(x2趋势=13 177.55,P<0.001).结论 连云港市仅10人份疫苗(bOPV)损耗系数高于国家质控标准,疫苗损耗与包装规格、剂型、门诊接种量、地区等因素有关.应采取科学分发疫苗、精准预约等多种措施,提升疫苗管理水平,最大程度地降低疫苗损耗,减少卫生资源浪费.
Analysis on consumption of immunization program vaccines in Lianyungang City in 2022
Objective To master the consumption of immunization program vaccines of Lianyungang City in 2022,to analyze the causes and influencing factors of loss,and to provide basis for the implementation of vaccine refined management.Methods Data on vaccine use and vaccination in Lianyungang City in 2022 were collected.Descriptive analysis method was used to calculate the vaccine utilization rate,wastage rate,wastage coefficient and other indicators.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results In 2022,a total of 868 369 doses of vaccine were used and 724 704 doses were inoculated in Lianyungang City.The utilization rate was 83.46%,the wastage rate was 16.54%,and the wastage coefficient was 1.20.Except bOPV,the wastage coefficients of other vaccines were within the national quality control standard.The consumption of single-serving vaccine was lower than that of multi-serving vaccine(x2=314 138.20,P<0.001).The consumption of liquid vaccine was lower than that of lyophilized vaccine(x2=1 183.52,P<0.001).Vaccine consumption in urban areas was lower than that in rural areas(x2=243.65,P<0.001).The wastage coefficient of vaccines was decreased with the increase of annual outpatient doses(x2trend=13 177.55,P<0.001).Conclusions The wastage coefficient of 10 person vaccine(bOPV)was higher than the national quality control standard.The consumption of vaccines were related to factors such as packaging specifications,dosage types,outpatient doses and region.Various measures such as scientific vaccine distribution and precise appointment should be taken to improve the level of vaccine management,minimize vaccine consumption and reduce waste of health resources.
