Monitoring results of sanitary quality of drinking water in Xide County of Liangshan Prefecture from 2020 to 2022
Objective To understand the status quo of drinking water quality and sanitation in Xide County of Liangshan Prefecture from 2020 to 2022,and to provide a basis for developing scientific and reasonable monitoring and management of drinking water quality in Xide County.Methods From 2020 to 2022,about 326 water samples were collected from urban areas of Xide County and 13 townships,and the routine indexes of water quality were monitored according to"Standard Test Method for Drinking Water Quality"GB/T 5750-2006,and the evaluation was carried out according to"Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water"GB 5749-2006.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences between the rates,and the difference P＜0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results From 2020 to 2022,48 of the 326 water samples in Xide County were qualified,with a total qualified rate of 14.72％.Water supply units in Xide County were mainly small water supply stations.The qualified rate of total coliform was low(14.72％).The qualified rate of drinking water in high water season was lower than that in low water season(x2=6.254,P=0.012).Conclusions The qualified rate of drinking water in Xide County is low,and the main reason is excessive microorganisms.The management of drinking water disinfection should be strengthened,and the management mechanism should be improved,in order to ensure the health of the masses.
