Research on the status quo and countermeasures of file management informatization of institutions for disease prevention and control in the era of new media
With the rapid development of information technology,the new media era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the file management of institutions for disease prevention and control(CDC).This paper aimed to analyze the current information status of the file management of CDC under the background of new media,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for existing problems.Although modern information technologies such as digital storage,cloud technology and big data analysis have been partially applied in the file management of CDC,there are still problems such as imperfect management system,limited technical application level and insufficient professional ability of personnel on the whole.Based on this,the paper puts forward multi-dimensional countermeasures such as improving management mechanism,improving technology application level and strengthening personnel training,in order to promote the information process of file management of CDC and improve the efficiency of public health emergency management.
