目的 对四川省古蔺县发生的l起人间布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)暴发疫情进行调查与分析,为布病防控措施的制定提供科学依据.方法 通过面对面流行病调查和实验室检测,对2022年4月26日报告的四川省古蔺县1起人间布病暴发疫情进行传染源追踪和传播途径分析.采用Excel 2010软件进行数据录入整理,采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析.率的比较采用校正x2检验,检验水准α=0.05.结果 本起暴发疫情共发现布病感染者9例,包括确诊病例8例和隐性感染者1例.主要临床症状为肌肉和关节痛;发病时间为2022年2月4日至5月24日之间;发病与确诊时间间隔中位数为32d.所有病例均存在疫羊暴露史.结论 该疫情为未经检疫的布病羊只通过交易输入本地,在无防护条件下饲养、管理、屠宰和加工等引起的布病暴发疫情.建议加强动物交易、流通、饲养及屠宰等环节的市场管理;开展相关从业人员健康宣教,提升个人防护意识;及时培训医务人员布病防治知识,增强防疫与诊断能力,以控制和减少布病疫情再发.
Epidemiological investigation and analysis of a human brucellosis outbreak in Gulin County in 2022
Objective To investigate and analyze an outbreak of human brucellosis disease(abbreviated as brucellosis disease)in Gulin County of Sichuan Province,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures for brucellosis disease.Methods Through face-to-face epidemiological investigations and laboratory tests,the source of infection and the transmission route of the outbreak of brucellosis disease in Gulin County of Sichuan Province on April 26,2022 were analyzed.Excel 2010 software was used for data entry and collation,and SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The corrected Chi-square test was used for the comparison of rates.The test level was α=0.05.Results A total of 9 cases of brucellosis infection were found in this outbreak,including 8 confirmed cases and 1 latent infection case.The main clinical symptoms were muscle and joint pain.The onset time was between February 4 and May 24,2022.The median interval between the onset and diagnosis was 32 days.All cases had a history of exposure to infected sheep.Conclusions This was an outbreak of brucellosis disease caused by the importation of unquarantined sheep infected with brucellosis disease into the local area and subsequent breeding,management,slaughtering and processing under unprotected conditions.It is recommended to strengthen the market management of animal trading,circulation,breeding and slaughtering,to carry out health education for relevant practitioners to enhance their personal protection awareness,and timely to train medical staff on brucellosis disease prevention and control knowledge to enhance their epidemic prevention and diagnosis capabilities,so as to control and reduce the recurrence of brucellosis epidemics.
